Terms of Service

Ⅰ. Basic Service Agreement

- Browsing and commenting services on OnlyTG.io, supporting global multilingual access via web browsers.
- Customer operation, community management, marketing, and backend management information services provided through OnlyTG-related Telegram Bots. The specific services depend on whether the user has subscribed to a plan and the details of the subscribed plan.

- All OnlyTG users are strictly prohibited from using the services for money laundering, infringement, violations of data protection laws, or any other illegal activities prohibited by the laws of the user’s location.

- All OnlyTG users shall properly safeguard their accounts and bear full responsibility for any losses caused by account leakage. Users must comply with service usage specifications and data protection obligations worldwide.
- All OnlyTG users shall ensure that all content and services provided to their clients through OnlyTG strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the user’s location. Any legal consequences arising from violations of local laws while using OnlyTG services shall be borne solely by the user.

- Ensure global service availability. Wiith 24-hour advance notice of maintenance plans worldwide.
- Strictly handle data in accordance with regional data protection laws globally, and fully assist all OnlyTG users in responding to their clients’ data rights requests to ensure compliance with processing procedures.

- A unified global pricing standard applies. OnlyTG offers a basic free service plan; details of paid subscriptions can be found in the backend “Plan Price” section.

- All OnlyTG users may apply for a full refund if the service has not been used within 14 days of payment.
- In case of service interruption caused by OnlyTG’s violations, a refund will be calculated based on the actual duration of the interruption.

- All OnlyTG users may cancel their accounts at any time. After cancellation, data export services will be provided within 7 days to ensure data portability.
- OnlyTG reserves the right to terminate accounts with severe violations (e.g., spreading malicious code, serious breaches of data protection laws) with 7 days’ advance notice.

- All customer information and business data uploaded by OnlyTG users shall remain the property of the user. Users grant OnlyTG the necessary global rights to use such data (e.g., storage, backup, and processing required for service provision).

- All intellectual property rights in OnlyTG products and features belong to OnlyTG. No user shall engage in reverse engineering, cracking, or other infringing activities. Intellectual property ownership and usage restrictions are clearly defined globally to protect the service provider’s rights.

- Enterprise users of OnlyTG may sign a separate DPA to clarify the division of responsibilities between controllers and processors for processing EU users’ data, ensuring compliance with GDPR. OnlyTG will promote the standardization and compliance of DPAs globally.

- If service functions need to be modified due to revisions to GDPR or other global data protection laws, OnlyTG will notify users through multiple channels (website, service interface, etc.) 30 days in advance. All users may choose to continue using the service or apply for a refund.

Global user disputes shall be handled in accordance with local laws or internationally accepted commercial practices. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be handled in accordance with the agreed jurisdiction or international arbitration rules.
