In case you encounter any problems, here are some common issues and solutions:

1. My bot is not forwarding messages. What should I do?

Verify that your bot is properly bound to OnlyTG Echo. Ensure that you sent the correct API token and that your bot has been started with /start. Check your Telegram connection and try re-binding if necessary. 

2. I lost my API token. How can I recover it?

Contact BotFather with the /mybots command to retrieve your bot’s details and obtain a new token if needed. Always store your token securely.

3. How can I test topic mode?

We provide provide a test group @testforonlytgecho and bot @spideronbot for you to try OnlyTG Echo‘s feature in topic mode.

4. Why can’t I find any group when setting workgroup?

If there is no group that you want to select for message receiving here:

– The bot has been added to the group,

– Topic function is enabled in the group

– The bot has been set as an admin

– The bot has permissions to manage topic

5. How to hide contacts username in workgroup?

After you change the bot to topic mode, send /start command to your bot and clikc the ‘Workgroup’ button. Select the workgroup you want to set up, Then clikc the ‘Hide Username’ button.

6. What is Only Message in workgroup setting?

This means that only receives messages for existing topics.

7. How to set button in my content?

When you setting the content of Start Message, Auto Reply, Module, etc, click the ‘Button’, and reply with the button content you want to set in the format of the prompt.

8. How to change time zone?

When you setting the ‘Account Setting’ in the OnlyTG Console, click the ‘Edit’ button to the right of the ‘Time Zone’.

9. How to add new admin of my bot?

When you setting the ‘Account Setting’ in the OnlyTG Console, click the ‘+Add’ button. Enter the Telegram ID or @username, choose the target user as admin role then clikc the ‘Add’ button.

10. Why can’t I change another login account in console?

This is because of the cache. You can see how to change another login account at the end of this article.
