Features and How to use

1.  How to start the AiSupOnBot?

AisupOnBot is free to use for all users. Follow the steps below to get started quickly.

Open Telegram and search for @AiSupOnBot.

Click the “Start” button or send /start to activate the bot.

2.  How to switch models?

AisupOnBot provides various AI models, including GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini 2.0, DeepSeek-V3 (default model), GLM-4-Plus, Kimi, Doubao, Qwen 2.5.

Type the command /start or click the left button and click the command /start, the welcome menu interface will appear, click the button “Select model” on this interface.

Click any model you need to complete the model selection.

3.  How to switch languages?

AisupOnBot provides language switching function. Now the languages that can be switched include English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Français, Español, etc. A total of ten languages are available.

Type the command /language or click the left button and click the command /language, or click the “Set Language” button in the welcome menu.

Click on any language to complete the language switch.

4.  How to set up a mask?

AisupOnBot provides the ability to set up personalized masks, allowing AI models to respond with the characters and personalities you need.

Click the “Set Mask” button in the welcome menu.

Click the “Set New Mask” button.

Type and send your description of the mask to complete the mask setting.

If you need to set a new mask, you only need to repeat the above steps to replace the mask. If you need to restore the default, you only need to click the “Clear Mask” button.

5.  How to use AiSupOnBot in different groups?

AisupOnBot also allows users to add the bot to different groups, so that group members can also talk to AisupOnBot. You can set different masks for AisupOnBot in different groups to achieve your favorite personalization.

Click the “Add to Group” button below the AisupOnBot information, and then select the group you want to add.

In the group chat interface, add “@AiSupOnBot” to your message to talk to AisupOnBot, and send /start command to AisupOnBot to pop up the welcome menu. In the welcome menu, you can set the AI model, language and mask.

In case you encounter any problems, here are some common issues and solutions:

1.  Why did I ask a question but the Bot didn’t reply?

If the bot does not respond for an extended period, it may be due to the AI model server being busy or experiencing a malfunction. You may switch to a different AI model to continue the conversation or wait until the AI model server is restored.

2.  Why did the Bot reply “Sorry, an error occurred”?

If the bot responds with “Sorry, an error occurred,” it may be due to an issue on our backend. Please contact us for assistance in resolving the problem.
