Hong Kong venture accelerator Brinc has acquired OG Club, a prominent Web3-focused decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). The acquisition will see OG Club’s community rebranded as VentureVerse, strengthening Brinc’s digital assets ecosystem and expanding its footprint in Web3 entrepreneurship.

OG Club has organized over 300 Web3 events, built 100+ corporate partnerships, and nurtured a community of 25,000 members across 10 countries. The new VentureVerse platform will merge Brinc’s accelerator network with OG Club’s community, offering AI and blockchain tools for founders and investors.

This move follows Brinc’s $30 million Series B funding round led by Animoca Brands and the launch of its blockchain-focused accelerator programs.
