Elabuga has launched a dedicated Telegram chatbot, “Elabuga Vodokanal,” designed to streamline interactions between residents and the local water utility company, Vodokanal. Developed by JSC SEZ PPT “Alabuga,” the bot allows users to promptly report issues related to central water supply and sewage systems. 

All requests submitted via the bot are automatically recorded in the utility’s metering system to facilitate timely response and resolution. This digital innovation aims to enhance the speed and quality of customer service for water supply concerns. 

If users encounter any technical problems with the bot, a technical support hotline at +7 919 691-75-91 is available for assistance. This Telegram-based service represents an efficient channel for residents to communicate with Vodokanal, improving overall operational responsiveness in Elabuga.
