Daniil Arzhakov, a lecturer at Synergy University, told RuNews24.ru that banning Telegram under the current conditions would be both technically impractical and socially harmful. According to him, the messenger has become deeply integrated into daily communication, media, and business operations. Removing such a platform without a proper replacement could disrupt information flow and public trust. Arzhakov emphasized that developing high-quality Russian alternatives would ensure smoother transitions and reduce reliance on foreign services.
