Taipei’s Kaia DLT Foundation and Taiwan Mobile have signed an MOU to jointly develop Taiwan’s Web3 ecosystem. The partnership aims to combine Kaia’s blockchain technology with Taiwan Mobile’s telecom infrastructure to drive compliant DeFi solutions and improve mainstream digital asset access.

Key initiatives include building developer-friendly dApps, enabling fiat-digital asset bridges, and fostering a secure regulatory environment. The collaboration will leverage Taiwan Mobile’s existing exchange TWEX and Kaia’s extensive Web3 experience to enhance user adoption.
