Following the release of Telegram 11.12, users reported crashes on Windows and macOS when right-clicking sent messages, entering channels with many unread posts, or replacing media. Despite Pavel Durov’s claim of positive feedback from large channel owners, Russians have complained about degraded performance. The update introduced messaging to channels, quick topic switching, voice message trimming, and high-resolution photo support.
