Telegram has released version 12.3 for Android and iOS, bringing AI-powered summaries, new design updates, and improved usability.

According to Beta Info, users can now instantly view concise summaries of long posts in channels. The compact version automatically appears at the top of articles opened in Instant View mode. These summaries are generated using open-source AI models built on the decentralized Cocoon network.

For iOS users, the update introduces full support for the Liquid Glass visual style, adding translucent elements and soft light-refraction effects across the interface.

Other improvements include relocating the add media button for drafts on Android and enabling chat translation via Cocoon for a more seamless multilingual experience.
