Telegram’s Android 12.3 Beta version features a comprehensive redesign of the app’s interface, streamlining navigation and improving accessibility.

Key changes include the complete removal of the sidebar: essential sections like “My Account,” “Contacts,” and “Calls” now reside in the bottom navigation bar, while other options appear in the three-dot menu above the chat list.

Settings can now be accessed via the “Settings” button on the account page or the three-dot menu at the top. Long-pressing the bottom “Account” tab enables quick account switching, also available in Settings.

The global search bar is now directly usable at the top of the chat list without hiding on scroll. The story creation button has moved to the screen top, Settings page icons received updates, and the selected chat folder displays in capsule form.
