The latest Telegram Beta version (iOS 11.12, 30793) allows users to send messages to channel admins, according to “teleLakel.” Message costs range from 0 to 10,000 Telegram stars. Previously available on macOS, the feature is still in early development, operating on the test server, and may evolve in the future.
