A Moscow court has fined Telegram 4 million rubles for not removing channels dedicated to homosexual relationships, deemed extremist under Russian law. Roskomnadzor had identified 10 such channels and demanded their removal, but Telegram failed to comply. This follows a similar ruling earlier this year, where TV Center was fined for promoting the LGBT movement to minors.
