Telegram has introduced a new in-video advertising format featuring overlay text at the bottom of the screen during video playback. The message is restricted to 160 characters for brevity. Ads are triggered five seconds after video start, with a mandatory nine-second viewing period before the banner can be dismissed; it automatically expires after 30 seconds. Repeated ads are suppressed for at least two minutes. 

This ad placement is exclusively available within channel videos and can only be procured through authorized advertising agencies, ensuring a streamlined process for professional marketers. The objective of this format is to deliver a non-intrusive advertising experience that maintains seamless video consumption on Telegram.
