Telegram’s development team has quietly launched an official technical support bot, reports TG Info. The bot, named Smart Glocal and available under the handle @tgpb_support_bot, carries a verified checkmark confirming its authenticity.

According to the report, the bot handles inquiries specifically related to Telegram Premium subscriptions processed through @premiumbot. Users experiencing issues with payments or missing access to their Premium features can now contact the bot for assistance.

At this stage, the bot does not handle other technical or account-related matters. Previously, users who faced Premium activation problems had to wait indefinitely for resolution without direct support. The introduction of this verified bot is seen as Telegram’s effort to improve customer service for its paying users.
