The TON Foundation and Kingsway Capital have launched a $400 million treasury initiative, a partnership backed by US venture capital firms rather than a traditional fundraising round.

This follows Telegram’s rollout of its native TON Wallet to 87 million US users, combining institutional reinforcement with mass retail expansion to strengthen Toncoin’s ecosystem.

Toncoin trades at $3.17, with support near $3.05 and resistance at $3.30. Early MACD hints at bullish momentum; December 2025 targets $2.35–2.39.
