The TON Foundation is restructuring its regional hubs to empower local ecosystems and drive global expansion. Five official hubs will operate under direct foundation support: TON East Asia (EA), TON South & South East Asia (SSEA), TON CIS, TON Europe, and TON US (launching soon). Key regional consolidations include merging India with SEA into SSEA, and Hong Kong with Korea into EA. This streamlined approach aims to attract developers, foster partnerships, and accelerate regional project growth within the TON ecosystem.
