Several TON-related services have stopped working for users in Uzbekistan, as reported by “Durov’s Code.” Notably, Fragment—a core TON ecosystem platform offering tools to interact with Telegram services using TON—fails to launch in the country, confirmed by multiple sources. Access issues have also hit Getgems.io, a popular TON blockchain NFT marketplace; a circulating screenshot cites restriction under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 707 dated September 5, 2018. 

The Getgems team acknowledged the block, pledging to restore access soon. This decree empowers authorities to limit sites with prohibited or undesirable content without court orders. Sources link the disruptions to Uzbekistan’s strict crypto regulations, banning direct foreign crypto services since 2023 and introducing stablecoin payments in 2026. Uzkomnazorat has not commented officially.
