Dmitry Milyaev, Governor of Tula Oblast, has announced the launch of a new Telegram channel specifically designed for children, named “MILYAEV – for Children.” The channel will be available starting September 1, 2025. 

Milyaev aims to share useful advice, ideas, and interesting discoveries tailored for young audiences. This initiative is part of his broader efforts to engage with the region’s residents through social media more actively. His original Telegram channel, launched in June 2024, focuses on regional news, governmental support measures, and legislative changes and currently has over 63,000 subscribers. 

The children’s channel is expected to create a friendly and educational space for younger users, fostering communication and learning directly from the governor. This move reflects a modern approach to governance and community engagement in Tula.
