Active youth groups in Tula Oblast have presented Governor Dmitry Milyaev with an initiative to further develop the official children’s Telegram channel. During a recent meeting, the group showcased already implemented projects and proposed creating new character assistants named Filia and Milasha Tuliyakova. 

This idea emerged during discussions on the “Milyaev Children’s Channel” format. The channel was spontaneously created following a suggestion by Alexander Bibikov, Minister of Corruption Crime Control and Prevention of Tula Oblast. Governor Milyaev noted the team’s effort to adapt adult-oriented content into child-friendly formats, though he acknowledged that results are not always optimal. 

The initiative aims to enhance educational and entertainment content for young audiences on the official Telegram platform, strengthening engagement and outreach within the region’s youth community.
