The ranking considered the subscriber engagement rate, growth dynamics, and total reach, with ZAB.RU reaching over 6.3 million people. 

No other Telegram channels from the Trans-Baikal region made it to the list, underscoring ZAB.RU’s prominent regional influence and solid audience connection. Notably, the editorial teams of ZAB.TV and ZAB.RU have recently merged, consolidating their news resources to offer comprehensive regional coverage. 

The emergence of ZAB.RU as a leading Telegram channel reflects the growing importance of social media platforms in regional news dissemination and audience engagement in Russia.
