Zheleznovodsk plans to launch “ZHEKObot,” a Telegram bot enabling residents to submit appeals and complaints directly to relevant municipal organizations. This new digital service aims to streamline citizen interactions with city services and cut down request processing times.

Using the bot, locals can quickly report issues, receive feedback, and track resolution progress—replacing the current manual handling of appeals. Mayor Yevgeny Bakulin called the bot’s rollout a key step in advancing digital municipal governance and improving service quality. He added that he will continue personally monitoring resident appeals to ensure prompt responses to pressing concerns.
