You can chat with your customers via OnlyTG Echo’s cloned bot without expose your real username. When your customers’ account can’t send message to you because of Telegram restriction, use OnlyTG Echo, you can get in touch with all the customer leads.

Summary of the process:
1. Apply for your own bot from @botfather.
2. Copy the Token of the new bot provided by @botfather.
3. Send the Token to OnlyTG Echo @EchoOnBot.
4. After receiving the Token, OnlyTG Echo @EchoOnBot configures the functions for your bot.
5. Publicize your bot’s ID so that customers can talk to you through the bot.
