AlphaTON Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: ATON) has announced a $100 million initiative to acquire TON tokens and establish a digital asset treasury focused on Telegram’s ecosystem. The move is backed by a $38.2 million private placement and a $35 million credit line from Bitgo Prime.

Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge, will serve as Toncoin Treasury Advisor, while former Cambridge Analytica executive Brittany Kaiser becomes CEO. The rebranded company aims to support TON-based DeFi and gaming applications, leveraging Telegram’s vast user base.

AlphaTON also announced partnerships with Animoca Brands, Kraken, and DWF Labs, positioning TON for potential top-10 blockchain status by 2026.
