The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus is introducing a Telegram chatbot to simplify the process of reporting violations. Currently undergoing testing in Minsk, this bot will soon be available to citizens across Belarus. 

Vladimir Zaitsev, Deputy Minister of Finance and Logistics, announced that the bot allows residents to anonymously report incidents and crimes at any time, day or night, directly within the popular messaging app. Users can attach photos, videos, geolocation data, and voice messages to their reports. This innovation aims to save time for citizens while helping law enforcement promptly receive and respond to information. 

The chatbot, called “We are here,” is designed to foster smoother interaction between the public and police authorities, improving efficiency and responsiveness. After successful trials in Minsk, the service will be expanded nationwide to enhance public safety and involvement.
